Photographs provided by clients in digital or print format shall not be published or used in any form other than that stipulated by the client .

All photographs taken by Party Time Photos are subject to copyright and must not be reproduced unless with the expessed written permission by Party Time Photos.

Party Time Photos and it's employees will protect all client information and will treat any dealings, contacts or media not taken by Party Time Photos in the strictest of confidence.
